Market Closure Reminder: During the National Day Golden Week, the Hong Kong stock market will be closed for one day on October 1. US stocks will trade as normal.

As the National Day holiday approaches, the US stock market will trade as normal. However, the Hong Kong stock market will only be closed on October 1 (Tuesday). 

It is worth noting that in recent years, during the National Day holiday, the Hong Kong stock market often shows an upward trend. Therefore, investors should

The specific National Day market closure arrangements are as follows:

Hong Kong stocks:

The Hong Kong stock market will be closed on October 1 (Tuesday), National Day. Normal trading will resume on October 2 (Wednesday).

For southbound Stock Connect to Hong Kong stocks, services will not be provided from October 1 (Tuesday) to October 7 (Monday). Services will resume as usual on October 8 (Tuesday).

For Stock Connect from A-shares to Hong Kong stocks, services will not be provided from October 1 (Tuesday) to October 7 (Monday). Services will resume as usual on October 8 (Tuesday).

US stocks:

US stocks will open as normal.
